Join me Tuesdays for Gentle Yoga 5:30pm - 6:30pm EST, this class is perfect for beginners, times you are healing or feeling vulnerable, or for the times your body and soul are asking to be offered gentility.
Wednesdays is Intermediate Body Love Yoga 6pm - 7pm EST, which will light the fire in your belly, while simultaneously igniting a compassionate relationship with your body.
Occasionally from time to time I sub a class, or am teaching a special series and when that happens you get bonus live classes! I will be sure to post in the MT Tribe chat when that is happening so you can mark the calendar and plan ahead to make space to attend those classes.

Herein lies the beginning of your journey. With classes that promote mind body awareness, de escalation techniques, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork and of course asana (poses), you will start to cultivate a deeper connection to your mind and body.
With so many diverse class themes there is sure to be something here that will resonate with you, and with different length videos there will also be something that fits in the amount of time you have available.
Remember it’s not always just about doing an hour of exercise, sometimes it just about carving out a few minutes to reconnect with the self.
