FREE 3 Day Health and Wellness series


This is a free 3-day workshop for women who are mothers, caregivers or guardians. The goal is to give individuals the tools they need to better show up for themselves and in return for those they care for.

The workshop will focus on ways to manage your mindset, stress, time & goals along with yoga, meditation and instruction.

Classes will be hosted via FB Live twice a day by Kaylin McCarthy of Mindful Tradition or Erica Reisinger of Revive Your Tribe.
