Water Tradition
I find myself over and over again drawn to the banks of water. In times of anger, joy, and sadness I have sought out this elemental being. Celebrating or grieving with it.

Air Tradition
Your journey here is to bring purity and alignment to your own connection with this element.

Elemental Tradition
The elements. Earth, air, fire, water. How do we live with these sacred matters that make up the totality of our planet?

Annual Tradition
Since September is my birth month, my wedding anniversary, and the month I started my business it feels like the perfect time to look back and reflect on this past year and all of its gifts.

White Privilege Tradition
Deep breath. This is an uber topic. It is something that I am not necessarily comfortable talking/writing about. That’s how I know it is the right place to be shining the light.

Silent Tradition
As much as we can truly hear what is outside of ourselves, when we are silent we can also truly hear our own inner thoughts that have been waiting patiently (or not so patiently) for this moment to finally be heard. Our own inner truths, waiting to be realized.

Rewilding Tradition
What about the rewilding of ourselves? If we can acknowledge that we have taken to much, or imposed to much on that land, can we not hold that same empathetic lens for ourselves?

Solstice Tradition
We can give that sun energy purpose by setting intentions and using it to help us reach our highest potential.

Crown Tradition
This very chakra is what gives any one of us the potential to be a swami, guru or master.

Third Eye Tradition
The lower self being driven by the ego (if we are not consciously striving for something different), the sixth chakra brings the gift of the spirit which is when you can begin to connect with and work with your highest self.

Flower Moon Tradition
I have written this blog before the full moon hoping to prompt you, to find you own way to honor the flower moon.

Throat Tradition
Imagine living a life where the things you say, and even how you say them, are authentic and life affirming. Where you can communicate love, and fear with the same level of comfort and assuredness. And where you can fundamentally understand that there is wisdom in knowing what to say and what not to say.

Heart Chakra Tradition
Our hands are the physical representation of our love out in the world.

Solar Plexus Tradition
Your third chakra is associated with the color yellow, fire, balance, and your personal power.

Lunar Tradition
By exploring the Native names for the moon it is a way to reconnect to the land and to the ancient wisdom that imbues this earth.

Sacral Tradition
If you are having trouble expressing your needs, emotions, and creativity, it is a sign that your sacral chakra is out of alignment and needs to be supported.

Root Tradition
Now you may be asking yourself “What is a Chakra?”, well friend that is a fantastic place for us to start.

Samadhi Tradition
It is said in this state one can see the connectivity of the whole universe and that our physical being is part of that connectivity and that this brings about a state of bliss in the individual practicing.

Dhyana Tradition
When I create these spaces where I am in a state of receptivity in my spiritual practice it flows out into my conscious waking life.
Dharana Tradition
Having done the other 5 previous steps in the process we have stripped away all outer sensation and are freed to turn 100% of our attention towards something. In Dharana we take that attention and slow down the thinking process by concentrating on a single thing.
